Responsibilities
This client is running an Omni Channel Planning (OCP) initiative to enhance supply chain planning by integrating customer expectations with optimal fulfillment strategies. This involves improvements across sales demand supply and capacity planning.
Scope of Services: The consultant will:
- Lead and shape the business architecture for Omni Channel Planning.
- Align strategic objectives with actionable goals tied to critical decision points.
- Define business capabilities assess current gaps and recommend maturity improvements including impact analyses and change mapping for OCP.
- Map business capabilities to processes.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Architects Product Engineering Data UX and Business leaders to transition from current to target states in the OCP business solution.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Strong background in Business Architecture.
- Experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering technical solutions in a global setting.
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain and OmniChannel operations.
- Familiarity with working closely with product development teams.
- Expertise in Business Capability Modelling.
- Proficiency with Enterprise Architecture tools.
- Proven ability to lead and conduct workshops with senior leaders.
- Organized structured approach and a datadriven mindset.
