Job Title : Catering Banquet Captain

Job Description :
We are looking for qualified staff to help us and train to become a Banquet Captain! The Banquet Captain position is responsible for the event execution delegate to staff their duties for the event communicate with the client in a professional manner

*Must be punctual hardworking and eager to learn
*Former catering positions of leadership such as Banquet Captain experience preferred
*Must be willing to train as a server/bartender for several weeks before becoming a Captain
*At least 1 year catering experience required
*Current valid drivers license required
*Must have or be willing to get a Food Handlers Certification
*Must be TABC certified
*Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds
*Open availability preferred as events could be any time of the day/week
