In this role you will manage all aspects of event coordination from the planning stages through to postevent followup ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. You will work with a variety of events including weddings meetings and corporate functions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of conferences and events from coordination and billing to postevent followup ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and the internal team preparing Banquet Event Orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring effective communication and a smooth planning process
- Collaborate with operational teams and onsite partners to ensure events are executed flawlessly
- Oversee invoicing and payments ensuring all financials align with contract terms and schedules

Qualifications :
- Experience in the hospitality or events sector highly desirable
- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtencapable of building rapport and effectively presenting to clients
- Strong project management abilities; adept at multitasking and managing multiple accounts and details
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs
