Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
System Analysis and Design
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather document and analyze system requirements.
Evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement ensuring they align with business goals.
Design comprehensive information system solutions to address complex business challenges.
Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses to assess proposed solutions viability and efficiency.
Development and Implementation
Develop and implement software applications tailored to organizational needs.
Work closely with developers engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of system solutions.
Create detailed system documentation including functional specifications technical designs and user guides.
Testing and Maintenance
Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure functionality reliability and scalability.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements as necessary.
Collaboration and Training
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to ensure the system meets organizational requirements.
Provide training sessions and technical support to endusers empowering them to maximize system benefits.
Innovation and Continuous Learning
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in system analysis and design.
Propose and implement innovative solutions that improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis design and development.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing enterprisegrade information systems.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python and C.
Strong understanding of database design and development including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with system integration API design and data migration processes.
Handson experience with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Soft Skills
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative and teamoriented mindset.
