Position: BIM Modeler/ELV Engineer
Contract Details: Fulltime

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Modeler/ELV Engineer to join our team you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed building information models using the latest BIM software.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed building information models using BIM software including Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve any issues to ensure coordination between different disciplines.
- Create and maintain accurate and uptodate BIM libraries for use in future projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols.
- Review and analyze design drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Stay uptodate with the latest BIM technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with BIM software including Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience with ELV engineering and systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination is a plus.
