Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with expertise in ERP Finance specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leveraging ERP systems to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft D365 to manage and oversee financial transactions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and financial reporting.
- Configure and maintain the ERP system to align with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Generate financial reports and analysis using Microsoft D365 to support decisionmaking processes.
- Provide training and support to finance team members on utilizing Microsoft D365 effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the ERP platform.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to optimize system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance IT or equivalent experience in related field.
- Experience in working with ERP systems with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Proficiency in configuring and utilizing Microsoft D365 for financial management.
- Experience in financial accounting reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in Microsoft D365 Finance or related ERP systems is a plus.
- Good command of English and Mandarin speaking
