Job Scope:
As a Business Operations Executive you will engage with architects and interior designers on behalf of clients schedule appointments and manage client communications. You will maintain accurate records collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of client projects while meeting operational targets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with architects and interior designers for client projects in the building materials industry
- Schedule appointments and follow up on client inquiries
- Maintain client worksheets and daily/weekly/monthly activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Take responsibility for completing assigned projects and meeting targets
Qualifications:
- 02 years of experience in business operations or clientfacing roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in client interaction particularly in the building materials sector is a plus.
