Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update an online diary (with admin team support).
- Conduct store visits:
- Take orders during visits and record them on the online ordering portal.
- Duties include:
- Product launches.
- Stock merchandising (retail and professional).
- Troubleshooting.
- Product spotlights and other valueadds.
- Uphold company SOPs and KPIs to manage and grow an existing client base.
Skills and Competencies:
Hard Skills:
- Computer Literacy:
- Software: Online ordering portal Skynamo tracking system OneDrive Outlook Excel.
- Ability to take and process orders promptly including afterhours if necessary.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexible communication skills across multiple platforms (WhatsApp emails calls online diary).
- Quick learner with the ability to follow SOPs.
NonNegotiable Requirements:
- Experience:
- Ontheroad sales experience is essential.
- Professional nail experience/training is advantageous but not required.
- Transport:
- Must own a reliable car with a valid drivers license.
- Must have insurance to cover a rental car in case of emergencies.
- Working Hours:
- First appointment: 8:30 AM.
- Last appointment: 4:45 PM followed by a 15minute voice call with the sales team.
- Minimum 58 client visits daily prebooked and scheduled for the next two months.
- Training:
- Participation in bimonthly remote training (morning or evening sessions) is compulsory.
- Work Restrictions:
- No additional work commitments including beauty salon work or studies for alternative careers are permitted.
- Family Support:
- Must have support for children (where applicable) due to fulltime working hours.
- Appearance:
- Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance (clothes hair makeup).
Additional Notes:
- This position is open to all races but only to female candidates.
- Smoking is not permitted.
