Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Cloud Operations Specialist fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Italy. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Install configure monitor and troubleshoot middleware systems hosting;
- Manage complex SOA and heterogeneous systems;
- Define configuration management and deployment strategies for SOA infrastructure;
- Design and implement DevSecOps capabilities as well as ensure availability and stability of production environments;
- Support both daily operations for relevant services and contribute to the execution of new projects.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
- More than 3 years of experience in Kubernetes platform (Openshift Docker Swarm) and DevOps platform (Gitlab);
- More than 3 years of expertise in Server virtualisation Platform (VMware) and Automation platform (Ansible AWX Gitlab pipelines);
- More than 3 years of experience in Application server (Tomcat Apache) and Databases (MySQL PostgreSQL);
- More than 3 years of expertise in Security (Tenable) and GIS tools (ArcGIS);
- Technical knowledge related to the management of DevSecOps methodologies and Cloud services;
- Proven experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes;
- Strong knowledge of cloud and containerization technologies including Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift;
- Familiarity with modern deployment pipelines and automation tools;
- Certifications in Red Hat OpenShift Administration and VMware data center virtualization are required;
- Excellent command of the English language.

Rate : max daily 360 eur/day depending on experience (including your rate).
