The Technical Back Office Specialist is responsible for technical support and operational and document management to support the ESG area.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
Supporting the company with operational and technical management
Managing and monitoring process data and timing using the IT tools in use in terms of both quality and quantity
Qualifications :
1.01 Is responsible for managing the documentation relating to ESG
1.02 Supports the organization in the operational and technical management of the business within its competence
1.03 Manages and monitors the data and timing of the process through the IT tools in use in qualitative and quantities
1.04 Guarantees correct communication of information within the organization towards the bodies involved in the process and towards the outside
1.05 Manages the supplier portfolio taking care of one or more directly or through production offices on the assigned geographical areas and developing and strengthening the process to obtain all the ESGs documentation
1.06 Has the responsibility of monitoring the finalization of contracts in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones responsibilities
