Job Description:
As an M&A Advisory Specialist at Augmentjobs you will provide strategic guidance to clients on mergers acquisitions divestitures and other corporate transactions. You will conduct market research financial modeling and due diligence along with structuring and negotiating deals. This role requires excellent communication analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in highpressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions

Advise clients on potential targets or acquirers based on industry analysis

Oversee due diligence processes and manage risk assessments

Prepare pitch materials offering memoranda and client presentations

Coordinate with legal and financial advisors throughout the deal lifecycle

Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients

Build and maintain relationships with key industry players

Ensure timely delivery of transactionrelated materials and reports
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field

Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CFA MBA) preferred
Skills:
Financial Analysis Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
M&A Knowledge Deep understanding of mergers acquisitions and capital markets
Due Diligence Ability to conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments
Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills for clientfacing interactions
Negotiation Proficient in deal structuring and negotiation
Project Management Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines
Industry Research Adept at conducting market and industry research
Problem Solving Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
