Required Core Skills:
Expert in O365 teams Outlook O365 applications onedrive
o365 cloud environments support
Perform installation configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
Audio/Video conference support (Crestron VoIP Skype for Business Microsoft Teams meeting room equipment fitouts)
Mobile device management
VPN Support Printer support wifi network
Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)
Desk side support role for VVIP clients
European client facing experience will be preferred.
Minimum years of experience: 8 years
