Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


We are currently seeking the creative talent a Full-time Catering Sales Manager that are well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and having a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team who will be responsible to secure and service Catering Business from Social and Corporate Market, through promotion, and prospecting, while maintaining standards and revenue.

Our Ideal Catering Sales Manager

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate catering sales, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and special events.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Conduct site tours for prospective clients, providing information on the venue, catering packages, menu options, and event logistics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, meeting with clients regularly to discuss event details, budgets, and requirements.
Negotiate pricing, packages, and contracts with clients to close sales, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Create and execute sales strategies to grow the catering department's market share and increase brand visibility.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget, and propose tailored catering solutions.
Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and ensure client satisfaction, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Handle special requests, last-minute changes, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Event Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations and catering teams to ensure the smooth execution of events, including menu planning, staffing requirements, and logistics.
Collaborate with the kitchen, banquet, and service teams to ensure that event details are executed flawlessly, and that food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.
Coordinate event timelines, setup requirements, and service protocols to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Act as a liaison between the client and the venue's internal teams, ensuring clear communication and proper alignment on event expectations.


Desired candidate profile

Talents must have at least three years of field experience and a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English, strong selling and interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment are required.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various departments (catering, kitchen, events, sales) to ensure a smooth event experience for clients.
