Position: Software Engineer Backend (Go)
Location: Redwood City CA (Hybrid Inoffice 34 days a week)

Youll join a small dynamic team focused on transforming the building materials supply chain through cuttingedge software solutions.
About the Role:
As a Software Engineer Backend (Go) you will play a critical role in developing the backend software that powers the companys platform. Youll collaborate closely with engineering product and design teams to deliver highquality productionready code and help drive innovation across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write productionlevel backend software using Go.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers and product managers to define project goals and deliver highimpact features.
- Mentor teammates set and enforce engineering quality standards and introduce systems that improve team velocity.
- Contribute to building a platform that enhances the buying and selling of building materials online.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Experience writing productionlevel code in Go.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with teammates and crossfunctional partners.
- Willingness to work inperson at the Redwood City office 34 days a week.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Familiarity with frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Background in construction or building materials.
