Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring and Alerts: Monitor customer technical environments analyze issues using reporting tools and respond promptly to alerts. Log incidents in the ITSM system.
- Technical Services Delivery: Support the delivery of technical services using approved processes and tools to meet performance targets.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex technical problems using the established escalation process.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular patch management scheduled maintenance upgrades and verify backups.
- Service Requests: Log and respond to service requests and incidents in line with service level agreements and performance standards.
- Process Adherence: Operate within ITIL service management processes including incident problem and change management.
- Customer Support: Handle customer requests or issues efficiently ensuring they are resolved within agreed timeframes and service levels.

- Uphold and adhere to Data#3s core values guidelines policies and procedures.
- Represent Data#3 in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.

Requirements
Experience (35 years) in:
- Microsoft Server Platforms (Windows Server)
- Microsoft Active Directory DNS DHCP IIS TCP/IP
- VMware ESX (Versions 4/5/6)
- Network configuration IP addressing VLAN/subnet assignment and routing protocols
- ITSM case logging and IT monitoring systems
- Backup system operation and troubleshooting
Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving abilities for server and network issues
- Understanding of secure scalable network systems and common information architecture frameworks
- Experience in meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
