Organise and control the daytoday operation of Atelier by Sofitel.
Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant where required.
Ensure all areas are adequately staffed to service the anticipated business at an acceptable standard.
Ensure that the outlet is set to the required standard. Following all departmental procedures standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
Assist the Outlets Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors. Maintaining a detailed training log.
Ensure cash float is counted at the start and conclusion of each use.
Ensure that all service and brand standards are met while on shift.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in highvolume Restaurants within similar supervisory role.
Strong communication skills.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
A friendly guestfocused attitude with passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
