Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background extensive experience with Dynamics 365 applications and the ability to guide teams through complex system architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales Marketing Customer Service etc.).
- Lead the architecture of system integrations ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions including customization workflows and automation.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in system design and development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Manage endtoend delivery of Dynamics 365 projects including planning execution and support.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features updates and trends.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience in designing solutions for Dynamics 365 across multiple modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and thirdparty tools.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Dynamics 365.
- Handson experience with data modeling workflows and business process flows.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (preferred)(151024AB).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL600) or similar(151024AB).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Finance and Operations modules in Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 projects.
