Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate usergenerated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and community engagement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop best practices and improve moderation processes.
- Stay uptodate with trends and changes in community guidelines and platform policies.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to reports on content moderation activities.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
- A commitment to maintaining a respectful and safe online environment for users.
