Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings and all statutory requirements under the Companies Act.
Maintain and update company records including annual returns statutory filings and other regulatory documents.
Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for listed companies.
Provide guidance to the board and management on compliance issues and corporate governance best practices.
Prepare agendas and record minutes of board meetings and general meetings in compliance with statutory obligations.
Liaise with external stakeholders including regulators auditors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth compliance operations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements such as rental and supply agreements.
Support the finance and accounts team on compliance matters related to IPOs filings and disclosures.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and ROC compliance processes.
Working knowledge of SEBI regulations and requirements for listed companies is preferred.
Indepth understanding of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
