We are looking for:

An experienced SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Application Specialist to join us on a highimpact project for a leading client in the automotive industry.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • Indepth knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) modules.
  • Strong skills in configuring optimizing and implementing SAP solutions tailored to customer service workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and enhance SAP processes to meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Located in Czechia or Slovakia.

Moreover we appreciate skills in these areas:

  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience best practices.
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices especially in the context of customer service.
  • Fluency in English with a collaborative approach to team projects.
