The Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
- Foster a love of reading writing and speaking in students encouraging them to explore a variety of literary genres and styles.
- Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to express their ideas and develop their communication skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an innovative English curriculum that challenges and inspires students.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their academic and personal growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for English.
- A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in English.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
