Instructor for SelfPaced Course Development

We are seeking an experienced instructor to design and deliver a selfpaced online course focused on essential soft skills. If you are passionate about education skilled in content creation and committed to helping learners grow we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and record a comprehensive selfpaced course on soft skills such as communication leadership and teamwork.
- Design engaging content tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Deliver course modules effectively utilizing strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to refine course materials and ensure highquality content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage online learners effectively.
- Experience in creating and recording selfpaced courses is highly preferred.
- Background in instructional design education or a related field is an advantage.
