Design & Technology Teacher Lambeth Secondary School
A highly reputable secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join their thriving department on a fulltime permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire and motivate students in a supportive and wellresourced learning environment.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and innovative Design & Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
- Plan and implement a differentiated curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across the school to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and problemsolving skills.
- Stay abreast of current developments in Design & Technology education and incorporate relevant technologies and practices into your teaching.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Design & Technology or a related field.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful teaching experience in Design & Technology at the secondary school level.
- Exhibit a passion for the subject matter and a commitment to fostering students intellectual and practical skills.
- Possess excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
