Job Description
1. Project Management and Execution:
o Lead the endtoend project lifecycle for international power transmission projects ensuring timely and efficient execution.
o Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and execution strategies to meet project timelines and objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with internal teams clients and stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations.
o Act as the primary point of contact for international clients ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
3. Operations Oversight:
o Manage project operations including resource allocation procurement logistics and supply chain activities for the Middle East and Africa regions.
o Ensure compliance with international standards safety regulations and quality assurance policies.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
o Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers engineers and support staff fostering a highperformance culture.
o Develop a talent pipeline and provide training to enhance team capabilities in project execution.
5. Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
o Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess project risks ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
6. Financial Control:
o Manage project budgets track expenses and oversee cost control measures to achieve financial objectives.
o Analyze and report on project financials providing insights to senior management for effective decisionmaking.
7. Continuous Improvement:
o Implement best practices and process improvements in project execution to enhance operational efficiency.
o Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in international project management.
