Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conversion Team Manager tolead and manage our conversion team in Lima Peru. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in sales and conversions within the Forex industry possess excellent leadershipskills and be fluent in Spanish. This role offers the opportunity for relocation for the rightcandidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead motivate and manage the conversion team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize
conversions and client acquisition. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching training and development to
ensure high levels of productivity and success. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and
customer service. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments. Prepare regular reports on team performance sales metrics and other relevant data for
senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales management role within the Forex industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive
performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Indepth understanding of Forex products services and market dynamics. Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions. High level of integrity professionalism and commitment to compliance.
