The Territory Manager is responsible for the performance on the assign territories as well as account management for their regions. Should have a clear mapping of all the operators in their territories help develop a strategy to position the group brands widely and help achieve strategic beneficial partnerships. Must also be on top of regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and strategize a Territory Roadmap in order to help establish the Groups presence in the market;
- Feedback into the business regarding the needs of the clients / territory;
- Perform cost analysis and ROI based on compliance entry marketing events and product development to aid the success of a new market entry;
- Working alongside the sales and compliance teams to optimize business development in each market;
- Working with the BI team in order to provide QBRs and market analysis;
- Contribute to the marketing roadmap based on the territory landscape;
- Liaising with inhouse resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfilment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives;
- Keeping close track on the performance of promotional campaigns to identify problems or issues that may arise;
- Working closely with the Marketing Department to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met;
- Representing the entire range of the Companys products;
- Distributing and presenting information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities;
- Establishing and maintaining effective key account relationships;
- Acting as intermediary between internal departments and customers;
- Acting as escalation point for customers for any issues and drive resolution action;
- Providing rootcause analysis driving continuous improvement and execution of solutions;
- Proactively assessing clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customers needs and objectives;
- The Consultant is responsible for proper high quality and timely execution of his consulting obligations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience from the gambling industry
- Availability to work at fastpace and under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent people relation and communication skills
- Excel management skills
- Data analytic mindset is a plus
- Tableau knowledge is a plus
