Job Summary: The Office Administrator will support the daily operations of the Winnipeg branch by ordering parts required for service completion scheduling crews and entering service work orders. This role requires a friendly personality to handle customer interactions especially with upset customers and strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Parts Ordering: Order parts necessary for service completion and ensure timely delivery.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service technician crews to meet operational demands.
- Administrative Support: Enter service work orders and perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Maintain organized records and ensure efficient office operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the windows and doors industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Work Environment:
- Based in the Winnipeg branch with standard office hours.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet operational needs.
