This is a remote position.
- The incumbent s primary responsibility is to liaise with end client to understand their requirements and translate them into effective project planning and execution to ensure high quality outputs for the client and high customer satisfaction.
- The team will handle multiple projects at a time and therefore the candidate must be able to multitask to plan and delegate effectively for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- The candidate must have prior experience in managing endclients. This includes understanding their business requirements and translating them into research proposals identifying best research tools and techniques for the project supervise and troubleshoot the process for building research materials take ownership of identifying the insights and recommendations for the client and accountable for delivering high quality reports.
- The candidate must have 5years of indepth experience in market research preferably in healthcare market research.
- Candidate must be wellversed with Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques.
- The candidate must have experience in independently designing and managing complex market research studies.
- The candidate must have excellent team leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 5 years of total experience specifically from a client management background with extensive experience and an excellent understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research.
- 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 2 members.
- Experience in presenting research/insight back to a client (presentations discussions etc.)
- Good understanding of market research with proven ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Candidate should be well versed in proposal creation questionnaire or discussion guide creation analysis plan and report creation.
Candidate must have 5+ years of total experience, specifically from a client management background with extensive experience and an excellent understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research. 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 2 members. Experience in presenting research/insight back to a client (presentations, discussions, etc.) Good understanding of market research with proven ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative market research. Candidate should be well versed in proposal creation, questionnaire or discussion guide creation, analysis plan, and report creation.
