Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and connect with new architects interior designers builders and other potential clients in assigned regional territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B industry.
Represent JJB at industry events exhibitions and networking functions to promote our products and generate leads.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
Customer Interaction
Greet and assist visitors at the showroom or factory as required.
Showcase product range explaining features to help clients with their selection.
Provide clients with detailed quotations covering price points delivery timelines and other details.
Assist in converting leads and coordinating order dispatch.
Guide clients postdispatch to ensure proper installation and collect feedback.
Participate in lead generation by coordinating with the Marketing Department on branding social media email marketing and other digital marketing efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all inquiries interactions and client meetings.
Sales Support
Visit various brick stores to interact with sales teams learn and conduct training periodically.
Support showroom operations and assist the Customer Experience Specialist when needed.
