Job Title: Team Lead PHP Developer (LAMP Stack)
Location: 100% Remote from within India (for an international client)
Experience Level: 78 years in PHP development with 12 years as Team Lead
We re looking for a Team Lead PHP Developer with strong experience in the LAMP stack (Linux Apache MySQL PHP). In this role you ll lead a team of developers work on building and maintaining PHP applications and ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you have experience in both PHP development and leading a team we d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining PHP applications using the LAMP stack
Manage the development process from start to finish ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support
Review code to ensure it meets best practices and quality standards
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions
Help solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues
Stay uptodate with new PHP technologies and trends
Required Skills and Experience:
78 years of experience in PHP development with strong knowledge of the LAMP stack
12 years of experience as a team lead managing or guiding a team
Familiar with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel Symfony CodeIgniter)
Good experience with MySQL databases and optimizing queries
Familiar with frontend technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript
Experience with version control (Git)
Strong problemsolving skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical people
