We specialize in software development and Internet services creating multiproduct software based on a life media platform. Our talented engineers work across 3 offices in Ho Chi Minh Hanoi and Da Nang collaborating to build innovative solutions that make a difference.

Your Role

As a Lead PHP Engineer you will take on a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You will lead the design development and optimization of advanced web applications while mentoring and guiding a team of talented engineers. This position requires you to balance technical leadership with handson development ensuring project success and fostering collaboration across teams. Your Mission

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications ensuring highquality code and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee and guide the implementation of SOLID principles design patterns and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define system requirements resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Mentor and support team members providing technical guidance conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Research and implement new technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
• Optimize the development workflow with tools and methodologies such as CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and effective communication of technical specifications.

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership role and inspires others to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate should have:

Technical Experience:

Must Have:

• A degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in web application development with an emphasis on the Laravel PHP framework.
• 2 years of experience in leading development teams or projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g. VueJS ReactJS or similar) and strong experience in frontend integration.
• Expertise in SQL/noSQL databases and database performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including code reviews version control and build processes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills time management and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• A Can do attitude and a productoriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as GCP or AWS.
• Experience with Apache/Nginx Web Server and Docker configuration

Language Skills:

• Basic proficiency in English (reading writing communication).
