Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager looking to advance their career in public accounting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Client Projects: Manage complex tax projects independently ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
- Mentor and Review: Provide guidance to associates and seniors review their work and offer constructive feedback.
- Budget Management: Assist in setting and managing project budgets communicating any potential concerns to partners.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to offer comprehensive services to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to professional development with at least 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
- Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong organizational problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Proficiency in technology; experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
