Job Description
Design develop and deploy robust backend architectures and services for scalable applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. frontend and embedded) to ensure seamless integration and system functionality.
Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to maintain highquality and secure code.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Research and implement emerging technologies to keep our tech stack innovative and competitive.
Requirements
Must Have
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with performance optimization is a plus.
- API Development: Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs including documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).
- Security: Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2 JWT etc.).
- Performance & Scalability: Handson experience with performance tuning and scalability strategies (e.g. caching load balancing).
- Distributed Systems: Familiarity with designing reliable distributed systems.
Highly Preferred
- Cloud Environments: Experience with AWS Azure or GCP including serverless solutions (e.g. AWS Lambda).
- CI/CD Pipelines: Proficient in building automated pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Nice to Have
- TypeScript or Rust: Experience with frameworks like Nest.JS.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with tools like Terraform.
- Monitoring Tools: Exposure to Prometheus or Grafana for system health checks.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
