Job Description
- KEY Responsibilities
Design develop and customize Zoho applications (CRM Creator Desk Analytics etc.) to meet business requirements.
Build workflows functions and automation using Deluge scripting within Zoho platforms.
Integrate Zoho applications with thirdparty tools (e.g. payment gateways email marketing platforms ERP systems) via APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho configurations workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing operations) to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain documentation for Zoho configurations customizations and integrations.
Train endusers on Zoho tools and provide ongoing technical support.
Stay updated with Zoho platform updates and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
-
13 years of handson experience with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications.

Proficiency in Deluge scripting for automation and customization.

Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools like Zapier or Zoho Flow.

Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript for frontend customization.

Certifications (Preferred):

Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho CRM Administrator.
