Specializing in Digital Product Engineering Advanced AI & Analytics and Service Management we adopt an AIfirst and Cloudfirst approach. We recently were profiled by NDTV Profit as part of their The Great Business Story Transforming India series. .( Algoleap segment starts from 11 min:35s). Our tech and domain differentiation is driven around strategy to build accelerators consulting frameworks and patents. We work with 20 blue chip Global 2000 firms and have currently scaled the firm to 500 hc globally in 3 years. Our target is to grow to 2000 headcount in the next 3 years.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and handson Product Manager / Solution Architect to join our growing Digital Studios team. This individual will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to development and launch while also possessing the technical expertise to guide clients towards effective solutions. This role requires a unique blend of product vision technical acumen and client communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Conduct research Interpret data and customer analysis and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product vision.
Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering design and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Solution Architecture:
Understand client business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and architect solutions that leverage our products and services effectively.
Create solution diagrams presentations and proposals to communicate technical solutions to clients.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients during implementation and integration.
Collaboration and Communication:
Effectively communicate product vision roadmap and progress to stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
Tools and Technologies:
Proficient in using collaboration and design tools like Miro and Canva to create visual representations of product ideas and solutions.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum).
Experience with project management tools (Jira Asana).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or any post graduate degree incl MBA in Systems
5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
3 years of experience in a solution architecture or technical consulting role.
Strong technical understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience working directly with clients and understanding their needs.
Atleast 1 year of technical/dev/configuration experience on any platform
Strong Salesforce product knowledge 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience 3+ years of related experience with Alteryx is a MUST Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx such as Predictive, Parsing, and Transforms is a MUST Experience on similar tools like: Informatica, Talend Pentaho data extraction and manipulation tools. 4+ years writing SQL queries against any RDBMS with query optimization. Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred Additional Salesforce certifications e.g.: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant
