Job brief
The ideal candidate will develop vision for digital products and business models as well as to provide support to product owners in incorporating the digital vision into roadmaps of their products.
Responsibilities
- Push delivery of digital products with POs and their teams Leading the
deployment of the solution. - Develop and implement guidelines for the development of digital
products. - Guide leadership and stakeholders in product development process.
- Track squads on product management and design maturity and ensure continuous improvement through training and guidance.
- Meet business needs for digital talent quality.
- Hire evaluate train and prevent digital talent rotation.
- Propose and start agile teams and constantly review that all required
profiles are available within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Operations Management Business Administration or related field.
- 7 years of experience in product development (business or technology)
- Ability to communicate effectively with different areas of the business (e.g.; Marketing Finance Sales Operations Technology).
- Exceptional problem solving skills and work under pressure.
- Offers a high level of energy and is passionate about her/his work being able to influence those around her/him
- Good communication skills
