This is a remote position.
The Microsoft Office Professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing complex data sets creating sophisticated reports and developing automated processes using advanced Excel functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proficiency in Excel including macros pivot tables Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and other advanced features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect organize and manage large data sets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel Functions: Utilize advanced Excel functions such as macros pivot tables and VBA to streamline and automate processes.
- Report Generation: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports that provide insights and aid in decisionmaking processes.
- Data Analysis: Perform indepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies and present findings to stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on advanced Excel functionalities and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience working with advanced Excel functions including macros pivot tables and VBA.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and formulas.
- Indepth knowledge of creating and managing macros.
- Proven experience with pivot tables for data summarization and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in VBA for automating tasks and creating custom functions.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications such as Word PowerPoint and Access.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or equivalent.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience in a similar industry or sector.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a VoIP and/or IT role. Strong knowledge of the Netsapiens Platform and network architecture. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP) are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
