We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to assume the role of Talent Acquisition Account Lead. This pivotal role focuses on shaping our talent acquisition efforts to meet current and future organisational needs while forging strong partnerships with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition operations for the assigned account ensuring seamless recruitment service delivery
- Create and maintain talent acquisition reporting dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance
- Prepare and present clientfacing presentations to highlight recruitment strategies results and future projections
- Work closely with the client and internal teams attending meetings to align on hiring goals and strategies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance talent acquisition service quality
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager by addressing accountspecific challenges and acting as a point of contact
- Stay updated on market trends and innovations in recruitment to provide strategic insights
- Potential to contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives as the role develops.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a leadership or account management role within BPO or multilingual sectors
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting with experience using dashboards to track KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with expertise in creating client presentations and representing TA in meetings
- Indepth understanding of recruitment processes ideally in IT or cloud technology industries
- Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Polish language skills are an advantage
- Must be located in Krakow or open to relocation.
