Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Agent with proficiency in Arabic. This vital role helps ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage company communication channels including chats emails and calls
  • Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Respond to inquiries from new leads and clients via phone chat email and portal
  • Provide timely support to leads and clients within established response times
  • Update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of communications and actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries requiring further investigation
  • Follow up with clients and arrange callbacks to enhance satisfaction and results
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support
  • Background in Forex or Financial Markets is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level) spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning afternoon night)
