Job Description

Our client is a leading Cape Townbased indoor and outdoor signage company and they looking for an experienced New Business Salesperson to help grow their client base and drive new opportunities. We re seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven individual with a proven track record in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Source New Business: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking cold calling and referrals.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct site visits assess client needs and provide expert advice on the best signage solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Create accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects based on client specifications.
  • Project Management: Liaise with production and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide consistent updates to clients on project progress ensuring they receive topnotch service and communication throughout.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals contributing to the overall growth of the company.


Requirements

Experience:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales role preferably in the signage construction or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge (Advantageous): Understanding of signage construction and materials is highly beneficial.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport present effectively and negotiate with clients.
  • SelfDriven and Motivated: You thrive on achieving sales targets and delivering results independently.
  • Own Transport: Must have reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings.
  • Organized and DetailOriented: You ll need to manage multiple projects and keep clients updated at every stage.
