Position Title: AI/ML Engineer
Timings: 4:00 pm 1:00 am

Location: Ikonic Plot # 176 Korang Road near Rahat Bakers I10/3 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms a strong background in Python programming and a passion for developing cuttingedge AI solutions. In this role you will lead the design development and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer programming computer science or a related field.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Machine Learning Models:
- Utilize Python and its machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn) to design develop and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific business needs.
- Continuously improve and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy and performance of predictive models.
Data Manipulation and Analysis:
- Employ data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy to clean transform and analyze large datasets.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the entire data pipeline from collection to processing and analysis.
Algorithm and Statistical Analysis:
- Apply a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data preprocessing techniques to analyze complex data sets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive decisionmaking and strategy.
Cloud and Containerization Management:
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) to deploy machine learning models and manage computational resources efficiently.
- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker to create scalable and reproducible environments for model development and deployment.
Requirements
- Model Development: Design develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs utilizing Python and relevant libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns that drive decisionmaking.
- Algorithm Implementation: Implement and validate machine learning algorithms and statistical methods ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Code Optimization: Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into products and systems.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques and contribute to research and innovation within the team.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.
- Deployment: Manage the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments ensuring high performance and reliability.

Deep Understanding of Search Engine Algorithms: Strong knowledge of how search engines rank software services and SaaS websites, with the ability to adapt strategies based on algorithm updates. Keyword Research & Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in using advanced keyword research tools and data mining techniques to identify high-value keywords and optimize content for SaaS and software services. Onsite & Offsite SEO Knowledge: Expertise in both onsite SEO (content optimization, internal linking, metadata) and offsite SEO (link building, influencer outreach) specific to the software and SaaS industries. Technical SEO Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of their impact on SEO for SaaS and software product websites, ensuring optimal performance. Up-to-Date with SEO Trends: Continuously monitors the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and best practices, with a focus on the software services and SaaS markets. Competitive Analysis in the Software & SaaS Sector: Ability to perform in-depth competitive analysis within the software and SaaS industries, identifying opportunities for improving search rankings and market positioning. Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable working with large volumes of data, using analytics tools to track SEO performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies. Creative & Strategic Problem Solver: Strong ability to think creatively and strategically, identifying opportunities and resolving SEO challenges within the software and SaaS product space. Proficient in English: Exceptional command of the English language for creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content and effective communication with teams and stakeholders. Team Player & Independent Worker: Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to meet deadlines and achieve SEO goals. Organizational & Analytical Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and analyze performance metrics to drive continual improvement. Eagerness to Learn & Teach: Willing to learn new SEO strategies and technologies, and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
