Job Description
As an Appointment Setter in the fintech industry you ll be the first point of contact for potential clients setting the stage for transformative business relationships. Utilizing stateoftheart autodialer technology you ll engage with a high volume of prospects daily articulating the value of our client s innovative financial solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct 100 outbound calls daily using an advanced autodialer system
- Engage potential clients with compelling pitches about cuttingedge fintech solutions
- Set and schedule highquality appointments for the sales team
- Maintain meticulous records in realtime via Google Sheets
- Verify and update crucial contact information during calls
- Navigate objections with professionalism and creative problemsolving
- Consistently meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly targets
- Provide concise informative summaries for each prospect interaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead quality and boost conversion rates
Requirements
- 3 years of appointment setting experience involving high call volumes in a B2B setting
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished professional phone manner
- Proficiency with autodialer systems and Google Sheets
- Sharp attention to detail for accurate data management
- Resilience and positivity in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Basic understanding of fintech industry trends (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Ability to adapt quickly to script changes and new product information
- Strong time management skills to handle fulltime 8hour shifts effectively
- Goaloriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance metrics
- MUST be available to work 5 hours every Saturday
