Job Description
Work Arrangement: Onsite Work Setup
Main Responsibility: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies monitoring performance and ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. The Sales Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing customer service and product development to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with at least 78 years in a managerial or
leadership role. - Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data make decisions and adjust strategies.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of sales techniques market research and negotiation tactics.
