Role Overview and Main Functions
- Oversee the development and execution of HR strategies that align with regional and global business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor offering expert HR guidance and solutions to senior management and local leadership teams.
- Lead mentor and manage the HR team ensuring the delivery of highquality HR services and support.
- Drive initiatives in areas such as talent development performance management and organisational design.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations while advocating for ethical HR practices.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and promote datadriven HR management.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices across regions.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline; a Masters degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in multiregional HR management and understanding of diverse cultural environments.
- Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR professionals.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and successful implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
