The opportunity
Were currently looking for a Project Lead. Someone to join our Car Service & Repair Experience (CSRX) market operations team. The teamis responsible for service and repair experience aftermarket service business and driving assigned projects within CSRX.Since the projects can vary within the aftermarket area this gives you a good and wide understanding of the aftermarket business and operations.
The Market Operations team is made of up 10 people as a part of the wider CSRX team of 28 people. The market operations team contains 3 different types of roles:
- Market area lead
- Business lead
- Project lead
This position is located at our Gothenburg Sweden offices.
The responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to focused drive projects assigned by the CSRX Management Team. Everyone in the team drives some projects but the purpose of this role is to in a focused way. support with a project. Have a clear start target with the project and clear handover to operations to then proceed with the next initiative.
Main stakeholders can vary within Polestar due to what project we currently drive. Depending on the size of the initiative we see one project lead to drive anything between 1 and 5 projects.

- Set project scope and time plan
- Set project team and lead project meetings
- Report progress to stakeholders
- Escalating in case of risks.
- Work on solutions and processes for the project team
- Drive business requirements toward digital and other functions
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.

Above all you bring enthusiasm and passion to the team driving yourself and others to meet deadlines and deliver results.
In addition youll need the following qualifications/experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management/Project Leadership experience
- Have a commercial understanding
- Automotive aftermarket knowledge/experience is a bonus.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office programs.
