Job Description

Location:Navi Mumbai
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Branch Manager / Operation Head
Experience: 10 years in Lift Maintenance (Preferably in the Lift Industry)
Qualifications: Diploma or Engineering Graduate

About the Role:

Join us as a Maintenance Manager to lead and drive the overall success of our Maintenance Department across India. In this role you will be responsible for AMC revenue Preventive Maintenance Material Management Customer Satisfaction and much more. We seek a dynamic leader with technical expertise sales acumen and a strong customer orientation who can ensure safety efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AMC Management & Revenue Generation:

  • Lead AMC sales monitor cost and profitability and oversee AMC renewals.
  • Strategically prevent AMC losses to competitors through quality service.

2. Preventive Maintenance & Callout Management:

  • Optimize PM schedules manage manpower allocation and ensure safety and quality at all sites.
  • Oversee breakdown and troubleshooting calls reducing callbacks.

3. Technical & Repairs Management:

  • Set SOPs and train teams on company standards.
  • Ensure quick TIS offer generation client approvals and invoicing on time.
  • Aim to minimize repair time while enhancing efficiency.

4. Material & Manpower Management:

  • Supervise timely collection stock updates and proper distribution of materials.
  • Manage train and retain a skilled team through periodic appraisals and teambuilding initiatives.

5. Customer & Government Job Management:

  • Build strong client relationships perform quarterly satisfaction checks and address concerns proactively.
  • Oversee Government projects ensuring registration tender management and penaltyfree work completion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Preventive Maintenance: 100% visit completion
  • Breakdown Calls: Less than 3 calls per lift per year
  • Customer Satisfaction: 4.5 CSAT score
  • AMC Revenue Achievement: 100% target fulfillment
  • Team Retention: Retain team members for at least 1 year
  • Customer Awareness Programs: Conduct 2 per month

What Youll Bring:

  • Strong technical knowledge of lift/escalator parts and maintenance procedures.
  • Proven experience in Sales & Negotiation with a clientfocused mindset.
  • Leadership skills to inspire train and retain a highperforming team.
  • Excellent organizational interdepartmental and communication abilities.

Working Conditions:
This role involves visiting various maintenance sites client locations and office duties.
