Job Description
Position: Head of Underwriting (Life and Health)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
We are seeking a Head of Underwriting for a reinsurance company with a minimum of 1015 years of underwriting expertise including at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and implement underwriting strategies in life and health segments for global markets.
- Stablish underwriting policies and procedures taking into account risks and rentability analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of products.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in underwriting with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to handle life and health portfolios.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is desired.
