Art and Design Teacher Lambeth Secondary School
A highly reputable secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Art and Design Teacher to join their thriving Art department on a fulltime permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire and nurture students creativity within a supportive and wellresourced learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
- Develop and implement a diverse curriculum that caters to students of all abilities.
- Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the departments development and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
- Maintain a stimulating and wellorganized learning environment.
- Remain current with curriculum developments and innovative teaching methodologies in Art and Design education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Art Design or a related field.
- A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Art and Design at the secondary school level (Key Stages 35).
- A strong passion for the subject and a commitment to fostering students artistic development.
