Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager you will join our Project Management Office (PMO) where youll lead projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Youll be responsible for driving projects to successful completion ensuring adherence to quality safety and sustainability standards and meeting defined objectives in terms of scope performance budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize coordinate and lead projects from start to finish.
- Plan resources in detail on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage project scope and objectives.
- Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
- Monitor and track project progress.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Distribute updates and information from the project sponsor.
- Align project goals with the organizations broader business and IT objectives.
- Adhere to budget constraints and delivery timelines.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall methodology project lifecycle management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to create detailed project plans manage timelines and efficiently allocate resources using MS Project.
- Experience with budget planning financial tracking and delivering projects within budget constraints.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members stakeholders and clients ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations gathering requirements and fostering positive relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs ensuring project continuity and success.
- Experience implementing ERP for HR projects (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Online (knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus).
- Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is an advantage.
