Job Description
We are currently working with a highly regarded secondary school in Hounslow that is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join their team on a fulltime temptoperm basis from January 2025. The Role:
- Fulltime TemptoPerm: This position is initially offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
- Teaching Business Studies: You will be responsible for teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
- Curriculum Development: You will play an active role in the development and delivery of the Business Studies curriculum ensuring that it is engaging and relevant to the needs of all students.
- Assessment and Feedback: You will be responsible for assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Pastoral Responsibilities: You will act as a form tutor providing guidance and support to a group of students.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Subject Expertise: You should have a strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and a passion for teaching the subject.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues.
- Commitment to Inclusion: You should be committed to promoting inclusion and equality in the classroom.
- Adaptability and Resilience: You should be adaptable and resilient with the ability to work effectively in a challenging and rewarding environment.
